Solution:
You can print just part of a web page or an individual
chapter of a book. Or you can print one or two paragraphs of a long article.
Here's how to print a small selection of any page on both Internet
Explorer and Netscape browsers.
- Highlight the text you would like to print by
holding down the left
mouse button while dragging it across the text.
- Click File on your browser window
- Select Print...

- The Print options screen should appear.
- Under the Print Range, section, choose
Selection.

- If Selection is grayed out (so you cannot choose it), it
means you do not have any text selected on the page. Repeat Steps 1
- 4.
- Press OK or Print on the Print options menu.
Tip:
When printing a selection of a page, don't use the print icon on your
browser's toolbar. It will simply print the entire Web page
automatically, instead of bringing up the Print options page first.
You can also copy part of a web page by highlighting the text as
described above, then choosing Copy from the Edit menu on
your browser window. Then open a new document in your word processor program,
click the location on the page where you want to insert the text, and choose
Paste from the Edit menu located on the top of the program
window. Now you can save the document to your computer.
